this was our second visit to Osaka, this location was absolutely the best possible. right in the heart of the center, yet we didn't hear any noise in the room. We were traveling as a family with a baby and a small child (elementary school). Booked the triple bed room. which also had a very comfortable sofa. The breakfast was fine, nothing too fancy but it did have everything we needed to start off the day energized.

The location was great. Walked out to food and shops all around. Night life was a bonus with some shops open late. Convenience store right next door, also open late. Hotel is beautiful and rooms were spacious. Laundry was easy to use and convenient to have. Multiple machines on various floors.

The hotel staff was very kind and supportive. They provided us with clear information on how to ship our heavy luggage from Osaka straight to the hotel in Tokyo as well as filled out all the required paperwork to us. Also, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very kind and the food was excellent. The room amenities such as coffee and tea were also very good.

Located right smack in the middle of Namba with all the good food and shopping around, it is the ideal spot to stay. While Namba never sleeps, the hotel itself is still pretty quiet so all is good. Liked the room and the stuff they have. Service was great! They acceeded to my requests for 4 beds in a usual double bedded room by squeezing 1 extra bed & 1 sofa bed for us. They allowed us to store our luggage at the concierge even after we checked out then we collected them at night. They also provided us with masking tape, scissors and ribbons to wrap and tie cardboard boxes.

Excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Namba station, Namba Walk and the taxi stands are near, plus there is a Lawson right next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants are also within walking distance. Dotonbori is about a 10 minute walk away. Rooms are also clean and comfortable.

Located near the main shopping district, making it easy to find food options or shop. Sheltered access to Metro and Japan rail stations through underground walkways made it convenient, rain or shine. Room was larger than expected and hotel felt discreet and safe.

location to where we wanted to go and visit. Staff was friendly and explained things well, specialy when they needed to move my kids to a different room due to a hotel overbooking... they proviced my kids with nice rooms.

The hotel location was superb, within walking distance to Takashimaya shopping mall, surrounded by numerous restaurants, and conveniently close to shopping destinations
